At Roots Restaurant & Bar, we concentrate on the freshest of seasonal cuisine with roots firmly entrenched right here in the great Pacific Northwest.
Our intent is always to showcase local farm products such as mussels from Puget Sound, Ellensberg lamb, Walla Walla onions and Yakima Valley wines, sharing their unique qualities by simple preparation. The open kitchen at Roots allows our guests to easily sample a variety of these regional products. Our goal is to offer a handcrafted and straight forward menu – a menu everyone can enjoy.
Roots Restaurant and Bar offers lunch, dinner and weekend brunch menus as well as a full bar and banquet facilities for up to 30 people. Our restaurant features an open kitchen, outside patio seating, clubby booths, banquettes and a rich northwest feel.
