DEPOSITS A credit card is required to guarantee the rental of the room.

CANCELLATION POLICYA cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged to the credit card on file if the event is not cancelled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event.

CONFIRMED GUEST COUNT Please confirm the number of guests attending at least 24 hours prior to the event.

PAYMENTS & BILLINGRestaurant policy is to present one check, which includes a 20% service charge and a Washington State sales tax charge. In accordance with State of Washington Department of Revenue, all food and beverage charges, service charge and miscellaneous sales are subject to sales tax. All events are payable in full at the end of the event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashiers Checks, U.S. currency, Travelers Checks, or Company checks with prior approval.

MENU SELECTION We are happy to offer our full dining room menu for up to 30 guests. A limited menu will be offered with selections from our dining room menu for events of 30 guests or more. Bottled wines and/or hors d'oeuvres may be ordered ahead. For a limited menu and pre-orders, please call your selections into the banquet department seven business days in advance.
